Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Passwords Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. All prices are shown in Japanese Yens. Reference currency is only orientative . We constantly update our product range and prices. All our prices, including promotions and special offers, are valid as shown on the website when you order. We will confirm the amount payable before you complete your order. Even if the product price changes subsequently, you will be charged the amount indicated to you at the time of order completion.

Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us, all images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images or information. If, however, you spot a mistake with an image or within a product specification please contact us immediately.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

All offers are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

All the photography and description used at conbinijapan are orientative, and don't involve conbinijapan in any way

The customer is responsible for reading any product instructions delivered with the item(s) before using the item(s). In those cases where the customer purchases an item as a gift for a third party, we strongly advise that the customer advises the recipient of the gift to read any instructions enclosed before use.

Conbini Japan is in no way liable for any accidents caused by products of a dangerous nature sold at Conbini Japan.

Preorders cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed, we will not refund the money of the preorders EXCEPT exhausted stock and Manufacturer cancellation.

Is the responsibility of the customer know the information that may or may not buy products or use in your country. Conbinijapan.com disclaims any liability for fraudulent use, use in another country of Japanese goods, incorrect or do not follow the laws of the buyer's country.

5- Shipping:

1. Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address listed in the order.
2. By default, the bills are sent to the email address specified by the customer at the time of purchase in ConbiniJapan.com
3. Saturdays, sundays and holidays will not process any order
4. However the delay does not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.

6- Returns and Cancellation Policies

6-1 General:

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery, contact from the Help Page. If the item(s) are not as ordered, the customer must not open the manufacturer's packaging or use the item(s). Conbini Japan Online Shop will contact you regarding the return of the incorrect goods once notification has been received.

If the courier is unable to make a delivery to the address provided and if the parcel then still remains uncollected from the postal courier and is returned to us, we will refund the price paid for the original order minus the original delivery charge and the delivery charge at cost back to our site.

6-2 Cancellation of Orders:

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. This request must be done contacting to support@conbinijapan.com.

No refunds can be given on items according to description, such as but not limited to knives engraved with names.

If a product has already been shipped: We will refund you the total price paid for the original order minus the original delivery charge within 30 days after the arrival of the cancelled item to the return address as stipulated by Conbini Japan. Only complete products will be accepted. Therefore ensure that all additional enclosures, such as manuals, are returned. Adequate packaging must be used to return the goods without damage. Adequate packaging constitutes that the item is wrapped securely and then placed inside a box in order for the item to return to us with no internal or external damage. Items that are not securely wrapped and received will not be subject to a refund. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any delivery charges incurred returning the goods. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded method of delivery as Conbini Japan takes no responsibility for items being lost while returned to us.

If a product has not yet been shipped: We will refund you the total price paid for the original order within 30 days your cancellation.

6-3 Faulty Items:

As internal damage cannot always be identified on delivery, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery by e-mail to support@conbinijapan.com. We cannot accept any claims for damage if the above time scales are not followed. Please inform us of the specific details of the nature of the fault(s).

We will refund you the total price paid for the original order within 30 days after arrival of the returned item.

We will issue instructions regarding the return of the item, which you are required to follow.

6-4 Customs:

Once we ship your package, we have NO CONTROL over your package, your nation's customs inspection or any other delays. You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees imposed by your government.

When ordering from Conbini Japan, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. Customs policies vary by country and Conbini Japan cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
